Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs,
courier issues, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
ReturnsWe hope you love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. However, if you are not completely satisfied:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. • Earrings and personalised/custom pieces are non‐returnable for hygiene and customisation reasons. • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. • Provide clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly. • Approved faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
